WELCOME TO ANNETTE & COMPANY
SCHOOL OF DANCE
2011 – 2012 DANCE SEASON
We are very happy that you decided to join us! Our staff is eager and excited to share their knowledge of dance with you in a positive and creative atmosphere. Our classes begin on Tuesday, September 6, 2011. The Monday classes will begin on Monday, September 13, 2011.
TUITION POLICY AND STUDIO RULES
Tuition is due on/or before the 1st day of each month. Late payments will be subject to a $15.00 late charge. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. You may mail or bring payment to the studio each month. We also have available for your convenience our “AUTO CHARGE SYSTEM”. If you are interested please fill out and return the enclosed authorization form and we will automatically charge your tuition on/or about the 25th of the prior month the payment is due.
DANCE ATTIRE
Proper attire and shoes are required for all classes (example: leotard, tights, jazz pants) hip hop classes require clean bottom shoes NO STREET SHOES! Please note all ballet students must wear leotard, tights, ballet shoes, have hair pulled back or in a bun (NO EXCEPTIONS.) Also note, many articles of clothing and shoes are forgotten at the studio, we suggest that you put your name in all dance shoes.
FOOD/DRINK
No food, gum or drinks are allowed in classrooms. Eating is allowed in “Café” only. Please dispose of garbage and cups before leaving the area. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
MAKE-UP POLICY
If you are absent from a class you are entitled to a make-up session. If we cancel a class, other than for inclement weather, we will reschedule the class.
- It is your responsibility to schedule a make up time with your instructor as soon as possible after the absence. A make-up lesson will last approximately 15 minutes and will cover the new material that was taught in the class. NO CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES OR UNSCHEDULED MAKE-UPS.
- SPECIAL NOTE! Our inclement weather policy has changed. When local school districts close due to severe weather conditions it does not necessarily mean we will be closed. Please call/check our web-site after 12:00pm for updated information on class schedule. You will not be called and these classes will not be made up.
